Their contribution is integral to the smooth functioning of the healthcare system, actively contributing to patient care while deepening their theoretical and practical knowledge. We are pleased that this year the ministry found the opportunity to provide additional one-time payments to resident doctors, recognizing their significant contribution to the healthcare system,” said Agnė Panavienė, President of the Association of Young Doctors.
